RK100A(D) Hydraulic Drilling Rig
One. Applications:
RK100A (D type) full hydraulic drilling rig, is newly developed based on our existing drilling rig. According to user needs, through the combination of different standard modules, we produced universal rig which can be used for geological survey, grouting, jet-grouting etc.
Two. Features:
1. Crawler mounted chassis, diesel engine driven, integrating mast, hoist and relevant device into one whole. It is easy for user to purchase and set-up and drill.
2. Wide rotation speed, it is easy for user to make the machine work with diamond bit, TC bit and DTH drilling
3. It has a hydraulic chuck, which can work together with holder to tighten and un-screw the drill rod easily, and improve working efficency and reducelabor work strength;
4. It is equipped with a hexagonal driving stem of 63*70*2000 mm, which combine with feed stroke 2500 mm of top-drive head, to get the longest feed stroke 3500 mm per one time, and improve drilling efficiency;
5. There is a cross guide rail which make the top-drive head away drilling hole conveniently to reduce working time for lifting and falling drill rod, and increase effective drilling time.
